Camera: Nikon FE circa 1978-1983
Lens mount: Nikon F
Shutter: 1 - 1/1000 plus B, mechanical 1/90
Depth-of-Field Preview: lever next to lens mount
Metering: Center-weighted, aperture priority or manual
ISO: 12 - 3200 ISO
Prisms/focusing aids: Split-image and microprisms
Self timer: yes
Flash: hot shoe, PC cord socket
Film plane indicator: yes
Comments: I stuck a beat up MD-12 power winder on the FE. It looks cool, makes a cool "kerschlack" sound. I enjoy the irony of having a crappy camera that looks professional.
Manual: Butkus
More info: Ken Rockwell
Issues: Mine version is pretty hurting. Electronic shutter does not work, only the mechanical bulb and 1/90 speeds work. Missing battery holder. Missing part of the rewind knob. Apparently the back has a light leak.
But it still takes fine pictures.

The FE with the MD-12 on it certainly makes a unique sound. Nice finder and handling.
