February 28 2009

I developed my first roll of 120 today in my new (to me) stainless tank and reel. I was pleasantly surprised to find the stainless reel almost effortless to load compared to the plastic reels, especially since it was my first time. I had some trouble clipping the film to the center and did crinkle the film, but it was before the first frame, so no problem. Negatives look good, although my exposures weren't terribly accurate since no meter in the Yashicamat, so I have an external light meter. Several of these where long exposures at night based of some I made with the D40.

I made a print of frame 6 : gloom.
