Zenit APk with MC Helios-44K-4 58mm f/2

Camera: Zenit APk circa 1992-1998?!

Lens mount: Pentax K-mount (bayonet)
Shutter: electronic, 1 - 1/2000s plus bulb. Manual and aperture priority exposure modes.
Depth-of-Field Preview: yes, bottom button on the front (says P on my sample)
Metering: TTL center weighted
ISO: 25 - 1600
Power:
Prisms/focusing aids: fixed prism, split image and microprism
Self timer: N/A
Flash: hotshoe, 1/125 sync, PC connector
Film plane indicator: no

Comments: Plastic body, kinda chintzy. Note the "P" in Cyrillic looks like a Greek capital pi. I think the little button on the back under the film advance is an exposure lock, but I can't be sure. I don't really trust the meter or auto exposure.

Manual: n/a?

Issues: I have three of these, and I think two of them work. They do not inspire confidence.

Lens: Helios-44K-4 58mm f/2

Filter size: 52mm
Close focus distance: 0.5 meters
Aperture range: f/2 - f/16
Aperture blades: 6
Depth of field scale mostly illegible, and IR focusing index.

Comments: stiff focus ring, rough plastic aperture ring.

The photos: film was over-agitated a bit, so the sides are over-developed. All Tri-X.
