I took carpe diem 2, gape, preserve, fade, alone and up today.

You have to wonder what prompted this.

Over-compensating?

The ice formed a shell over the snow, which is now melting. It leaves interesting shapes behind, as seen on this bench.

I have like a quarter of an inch of depth of field here.

Now, I took versions of this picture at +.7 to make the ice look right, but I like this one better.
