Aperture blades: 7 (early samples have 6)
Depth of field scale for f/4, 8, 11, 16, plus IR focusing index.
Design: 7 elements in 6 groups
Early versions have ribbed aperture rings and 6 aperture blades:


Later Nippon Kogaku and Nikon versions have (partially) scalloped aperture rings and 7 aperture blades:


The C version has a black front ring:


The latest K version (with the conical front and angled identity ring) focuses closer, to 1.5 feet or 0.45 meters.
